How to Enroll Your Little One

Please download forms. Fill them out and either bring them into the school or make into a PDF and email to wangler4@gmail.com. You may also bring to  4128 E. Ravenswood Dr. Gilbert,  AZ 85298. Put in the mailbox on the back side of the post at my front door. Please let me know you have dropped it off.  We will also need a one time (non-refundable) 70.00 registration fee ( you may make a payment below) and a copy of your child's immunizations records (if immunized). Enrollment is not fully complete until we have all the necessary paperwork.

Please make sure to include your email address as well as the class you would like your child to attend!
